good old days

this photo was captured sometime last month at melaka's jonker's street. While walking past the antique, gifts & souvenier shops i came across this beautiful well maintained car...am not qute sure of its brand though, perhaps my geng kopi cud help...haha!! Exploring jonker's street was fantastic, it's like almost walking back into the 50's or 60's....

Man At Work - Carpenter Street

All his life he only knows how to knock, knock & knock....with a pair of a very talented & skillful hands, he made our lillte red letter box, pots & pans, plus our daily utensils...with such diligence & patience he would sit on his little rattan stool & pouring his mind into his work. This is a decent job & it could make one a millionaire....

Ancient Wall

As I was waiting for an empt table at a 'full housed' kopitiam at Bishop Gate, I captured this 'wall' ...with the lantern dangling here & there, the atmosphere was serene...as this wall could probably be almost a decade of age it stil stood there like time has not bothered it's age....hence the ancient window panels & the rusty wall, ever wonderd why hasn't the owner did a 'make up' work sometimes..hmmm...i guess however it looks like it does serve its purpose to be there!..
